MY STORY

Coaches can only guide their clients to peaks they’ve hiked themselves.

Like you, I once longed to live a more passionate life. I knew my 9-5 job as an accountant at Bay Area start-ups wasn’t my passion, but I honestly didn’t know what lit me up and set my soul on fire. It took a few major life changes to inspire me to go within and discover my soul’s calling.

On my spiritual journey, I’ve hiked more than a few mountains. After leaving my job in 2017, I spent several years traveling, living and working in South America and the western United States. I took my first major treks at Machu Picchu and Quilotoa, reconnected with ancestral energy on the beaches of Colombia, reveled in the majesty of the solar eclipse in Oregon, achieved a few 14ers in Colorado and worked at a hostel in Patagonia.

Through my travels, my spirit awakened to the beauty and wisdom of Pachamama (Mother Earth) and learned to trust her guidance. I was blessed to connect with adventurous souls and beautiful cultures that have enriched and inspired my own growth and transformation.

Then came the moment I knew my soul was calling me to a new path. I returned to the Bay Area and created a new home for my younger sister and myself — one where presence, connection and joy could thrive.

I delved into meditation, mindfulness practices and rituals that bring us into greater connection with our souls. This spiritual awakening led me to become a Certified Spiritual Coach through the Life Purpose Institute.

I hope to share my zest for life and passions for holistic healing, inner peace, travel and connection with the world through Aponi. I love the unique souls with whom I have crossed paths on my journey, and I want to bring this power of connectedness to others!
