Get ready to free your spirit and fly. This coaching experience is a one-on-one, deeply personal and transformational journey that will reawaken your connection with your soul and inspire you to pursue the life your soul desires.
Our work together will uncover the areas in your life where you desire growth and define actionable steps you can take towards crafting a more intentional life.
We’ll use spiritual tools, rituals and practices that will help you find grounding in Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the wisdom of the universe to restore connection with your soul. Out of this deep soul connection, you’ll discover your soul’s true calling, release what may be holding you back and learn how to manifest your soul’s desires in your life.

You may be wondering…
How does working with a spiritual life coach differ from therapy?
Therapy or counseling is about healing deep emotional issues, usually from the past. This may involve forms of mental illness that affect functioning in day-to-day life.
Coaching, on the other hand, is designed to help you achieve a goal or to change, enhance or improve some area of your life. Coaching is results-oriented and focused on making changes in the present. A spiritual coach supports people as they tap into themselves and a power greater than themselves to discover their own paths in life.
What’s the difference between a spiritual life coach and a life coach?
Like all coaches, spiritual life coaches can support you in making changes and improvements in your life. Spiritual life coaches do this by helping you connect to your soul and the wisdom of the universe to understand your soul’s true desires and calling. Spiritual life coaches also support people in enhancing their spirituality and integrating it more fully into their everyday lives.
Why do you incorporate Oracle, Archetype and Moonology Readings in your sessions?
I believe the universe is constantly providing us guidance and signs, but we oftentimes just aren't listening or aware. Readings are a way to tap into this guidance through a physical divination tool and can be helpful in affirming and/or guiding our paths and decisions.
Do you offer refunds?
There are no refunds for Soul Insight sessions and readings. If you are truly unhappy with how our work is going after six sessions of the Soul Connections spiritual life coaching program, I will happily refund $500 for the last month, you have an option to continue with the two additional sessions or just stop work immediately. Anything after six sessions cannot be refunded.
