1,2,3 BREATHE

This week began with the start of Dia de Los Muertos on November 1st, which culminated on November 2nd with All Souls Day, leaving us to finish yesterday with Election Day and the end of Mercury retrograde. Phew! A lot right? With the movement of all this energy, it is time to rest and turn inward. We can take so many messages from the natural world and all of the recent events.
